This is what do the students of Padua after years of studying .... obviously not much use all this study!
"Throw away is a liberating act after years on the books, a rite" , this would be the excuse for this stupid custom, which, in addition to pollute a river, always the means to ruin perfectly usable, because the kids say that sometimes are bought bicycles thrown for the occasion ... what a shame!
